Members will be subscribed until they request to cancel their subscription.
You may cancel anytime.
Am I able to gift the Concierge Box to a friend?
Absolutely, just send us the details and we will take care of the rest.
Is it possible to purchase only a single box?
The Box is subscription only, the monthly membership will be open to new members for a limited time only, twice a year.
Do you send any themed boxes?
Yes, four of the boxes will contain treasures to embrace the seasons and add to your collections!
When will my Concierge Box arrive?
The subscription boxes will be shipped shortly after the 15th of the month.
Can I return or exchange box items that I don't like?
Because Oak And Linen Home hand selects the home décor in each Box specifically for its members, there are no returns or substitutions for any box item. The pieces in each box are designed to blend seamlessly together, but can also work individually on their own. If you don't like one of the items in your box, we recommend giving it to a friend or family member. All Items in our Subscription Boxes make the perfect gift!
I happen to live nearby the shop, could I pick up my box myself?
We do offer in store pickup, shipping charges will be reversed.
